How to manage your body when the rainy season comes

" Indonesia is an Asian region which is the only country that has many islands,

' covering from Sabang to Merauke,,

divided into large islands such as Sumatra, Java, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Papua and many other small islands.

' In terms of climate, Indonesia has 2 variants,
namely the dry and rainy seasons...

' This is because Indonesia is included in the tropical region, which means that on average many of these areas have a climate with relatively high rainfall intensity.

The forests are still relatively natural and the geographical location is mostly hills and mountains with cooler temperatures, triggering more intensive rainfall in the area.

However, sometimes when the dry season arrives, the area still has a cool temperature,

exposure to sunlight is less because it is covered by hills and mountains and the trees are still dense.

but as humans we can only estimate it all, like now, if we look back, November actually entered the rainy season, but in reality the intensity is still relatively low.

' Maybe this is what is called the transition season, from dry to rainy.

People are doing activities in rainy weather

As the picture above shows, several people are carrying out their daily activities during the current rainy season.

Motor vehicle users can be seen in traffic jams on roads that are being drenched by rain wearing raincoats,,

then people walking on the sidewalk also use umbrellas to protect themselves from the pouring rain that is falling.

In using all of these, we often think that it makes us a little more disturbed, but we cannot deny that it is actually mandatory for us to use them when the rainy season arrives so that our bodies or the clothes we wear do not get wet when doing outdoor activities as we have discussed earlier.

" So this time we will give you a little information about how to manage your body during this transitional season...

' Please listen carefully so that you don't misunderstand it because it might cause an effect that we don't want.

The body is our main asset for being able to do everything as long as we live, so it is our obligation to look after it and manage it well.

' Don't forget it just because of our daily routine, especially now that we have entered the rainy season which is currently in transition,'

" just like the Indonesian health motto itself (prevention is better than cure).

" Below are some ways to maintain and manage your body when the rainy season comes.

* food patterns :

 - Choose foods that contain more carbohydrates but adjust them to our current condition. Carbohydrates are the main supplement for our body but always be given the right portion size.

-We recommend that the most suitable drink is to consume warm drinks such as boiled red ginger water, which we have reviewed in another article,,

which has benefits for our bodies. You can read it again.

 *Sports :

-It is recommended that you do a few movements a day to stretch your muscles and stimulate blood flow before carrying out your daily routine, such as push-ups, jogging if you have a little more time, or you can also walk.

-Walking every day is believed to prevent disease, especially when the rainy season comes.

*Equipment :

-We can't predict whether it will rain today or not, because cloudy skies don't always guarantee rain. It's a good idea to always have a raincoat and umbrella ready.

-It is better to wear thicker clothes, such as jackets or coats, to keep our bodies warm in the rainy season.

" The main point in managing the body when the rainy season arrives is awareness within ourselves... it's no wonder we often forget all that.

' Because everything starts from the smallest things which in fact always lead to big things too.

So let's remind ourselves... 1. Maintain a healthy diet 2. Exercise 3. Equipment

                           *Attention*

"PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE"

-Take care of yourselves and stay healthy.
