all about living the life of coastal communities

" Indonesia is inhabited by almost 5 million people across the archipelago, which is a country that has many islands...

Lifes in coastal

' There are the islands of Kalimantan, Sumatra, Sulawesi and Java which are included in the large archipelago besides other small islands which would probably take too long if we mentioned them one by one, wouldn't it?

' Well, this time we will describe the lives of the people, especially on the island of Java, specifically on the north coast...

' In terms of life, the majority of people on the North coast work as fishermen, but quite a few also become civil servants, even if they come from well-off families...

As in my hometown of Pemalang, which in terms of geographical mapping is included in the coastal area, namely the North coast of Central Java.

However, my residence is not right on the coast, but rather a bit higher, but to get to the beach area it is not too far either... maybe around 3-4 kilometers.

So we understand a little about all the efforts and endeavors made by people living in coastal areas of course.

However, whatever the profession, if we are willing to pursue it, it can become a hope and support for living our daily lives.

"As in coastal areas, if it is possible to earn money, it is not difficult...

' They are faced with conditions and an environment that is entirely the sea... which requires them to go down to look for fish and then sell them to middlemen to earn an income.

' But don't be mistaken, even though it looks dirty, you could even say it's not suitable for some people who work in offices, it's a normal thing...

" Like Mr. Dirman and his son who were leaning back to unload their catch after being at sea since last night... they caught quite a few large fish that have high prices, such as mackerel and other fish.

But it doesn't necessarily mean they always get abundant results, if the weather is bad they are forced to look for fish in small rivers using fishing rods instead of equipment like when going out to sea using nets.

' So in short, life on the coast is not much different from those who work other than fishermen...

there are also those who trade. They are also the same in the current conditions, they are also looking for solutions to survive.

' Whatever the current conditions, we who live in coastal areas must be alert to see opportunities to do things that are useful and produce...

" The point is... do something that does not violate the laws that apply, both national and local customs, for the sake of the continuity of community life so that it is peaceful and prosperous.

"We live in a country that adheres to various laws implemented by statutes and customary laws in each region."

"Do what's best for your family or yourself without harming others, and even if you can, help those in need."

That's the principle of living in a harmonious society with empathy for one another

" Thank you very much for your participation in supporting the presentation and reviews which may be a little refreshing that living life inevitably makes us obliged to continue to innovate for the sake of survival.

We always look forward to criticism and suggestions in order to build something better in the future to provide the latest information for all of you. 👍👍🙏
